An attorney and a client in the position of a consumer may resolve their disputes out of court through the Czech Bar Association. On 5 February 2016, the Czech Bar Association was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to conduct out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in matters arising between an attorney and a consumer from Contracts for the Provision of Legal Services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
