About me

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno with a degree in Law and Legal Science and subsequently obtained an international LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in ICT law at the same university.

I specialize mainly in IT and ICT law, electronic actions and signatures, distance contracting, intellectual property protection, data protection and GDPR, real estate, development, specialized escrow, commercial law and corporate law.

I believe that if the relationship between an attorney and his client is set up correctly and both parties respect the rules set, than the attorney is the man's best friend.
